SITREP
(Situation Report)
by Bob Anderson

Let's break this ILLEGAL Immigration thing down to something we can get our hands around.

FACTS:

1. We have immigration laws currently in effect; ILLEGAL immigrants have broken those laws - first fact, regardless of anything else. These individuals made a conscious decision to ILLEGALLY enter our country. They paid money to ILLEGALLY enter our country. In many cases, they placed their own lives and the lives of their families at risk to ILLEGALLY enter this country. In support of this ILLEGAL invasion there are some sub-truths, these are:

• In order to obtain employment the vast majority have taken Social Security Card Numbers from American citizens - ILLEGALLY!

• Once here they have taken advantage of the American citizenry by obtaining free health care. Last year the bill for that in Houston Texas was $34 million dollars, who paid that - American taxpayers.

• Once here they have taken advantage of the American citizenry by obtaining education for their children.

• Far too often, after ILLEGALLY entering our country they have broken other laws, often repeatedly. While the majority have not broken additional laws (they ALL have broken the immigration laws), we can not excuse the thefts, rapes, murders, drug deals and traffic accident deaths repeatedly committed by ILLEGAL immigrants.

• When caught by our law enforcement officers these ILLEGALS are defended in courts (most often) by public defenders. Who pays for that - American tax payers!

• Once here they have taken jobs from American citizens. Many are hired under the radar which means they pay no taxes and most of that money is sent back to their country of origin.

• Many have had "anchor children" which automatically grants citizenship to their off-spring.

According to immigrationCounters.com, Here are some of the realities that Flake-Gutierrez Bill would airbrush out of the picture:

1) Number of Illegal Alient in the Country - 20,807,645

2) Money wired to Mexico City since January, 2006 - $22,213,001,672.00

3) Cost of Social Security Services for Illegal Aliens since 1996 - $397,450,739,563.00

4) Number of Children of Illegal Aliens in Public Schools - 3,958,789

5) Cost of Illegal Aliens in K-12 Since 1996 - $13,965,063,431

6) Number of Illegal Aliens Incarcerated - 332,594

7) Cost of Incarcerations Since 2001 - $1,398,127,429

8) Number of Illegal Alien Fugitives - 642,799

9) Skilled Jobs Taken by Illegal Aliens - 9,872,838

Figures can trick your eyes. Take particular note that items 2, 3, 5, and 7 reflect BILLION not millions of dollars --and that item 3 exceeds one-third of a TRILLION dollars.

2. Many have affiliated themselves with organizations that promote and call for the down fall of the American way of life. The following was received from Curtis Collier, President, U.S. Border Watch Texas Director of the Firecoalition, U.S. Border Watch 6046 F.M. 2920 suite 401, Spring, TX 77379, 1-800-759-0948

Subject: Interview with illegal-not a joke- a must read!

Here in the Rio Grande Valley we have many good Americans of Mexican decent that would disagree with and dispute with "Juan" of this reporter's transcript. This speaks volumes about the attitude of the Mexican population. This interview pretty much sums it all. Here is a REAL INTERVIEW with an illegal Mexican at a protest march in Texas. Trying to reason with an Illegal Mexican? This is good! Below is a good example of a discussion with a master of circular logic. Don't be logical; don't respect the truth or your adversary, just say what you think, make a new case when the previous case gets too difficult to defend.

Downtown Houston, Texas, May 1, 2006. Jim Moore was reporting for KHOU-TV, a Houston TV station working an interview with an illegal immigrant. The following is a transcript of that interview:

Jim: Juan, I see that you and thousands of other protesters are marching in the streets to demonstrate for your cause. Exactly what is your cause and what do you expect to accomplish by this protest?

Juan: We want our rights. We will show you how powerful we are. We will bring Houston to its knees!

Jim: What rights?

Juan: Our right to live here...legally. Our right to get all the benefits you get.

Jim: When did you come to the United States?

Juan: Six years ago. I crossed over the border at night with seven other friends.

Jim: Why did you come?

Juan: For work. I can earn as much in a month as I could in a year in Mexico. Besides, I get free health care, our Mexican children can go to school free, if I lose my job I will get welfare, and someday I will have the Social Security. Nothing like that in Mexico!

Jim: Did you feel badly about breaking our immigration laws when you came?

Juan: No! Why should I feel bad? I have a right to be here. I have a right to amnesty. I paid lots of money for my Social Security and Green Cards.

Jim: How did you acquire those documents?

Juan: From a guy in Dallas. He charged me a lot of money too.

Jim: Did you know that those documents were forged?

Juan: It is of no matter. I have a right to be here and work.

Jim: What is the "right" you speak of?

Juan: The right of all Aliens. It is found in your Constitution. Read it!

Jim: I have read it, but I do not remember it saying anything about rights for Aliens.

Juan: It is in that part where it says that all men have Alien rights, like the right to pursue happiness. I wasn't happy in Mexico, so I came here.

Jim: I think you are referring to the Declaration of Independence and that document speaks to unalienable rights ... Not Alien rights.

Juan: Whatever.

Jim: Since you are demanding to become an American citizen, why then are you carrying a Mexican Flag?

Juan: Because I am Mexican.

Jim: But you said you want to be given amnesty . . . To become a US citizen.

Juan: No. This is not what we want. This is our country, a part of Mexico that you Gringos stole from us. We want it returned to its rightful owner.

Jim: Juan, you are standing in Texas. After wining the war with Mexico, Texas became a Republic, and later Texans voted to join the USA. It was not stolen from Mexico.

Juan: That is a Gringo lie. Texas was stolen. So was California, New Mexico and Arizona. It is just like all the other stuff you Gringos steal, like oil and babies. You are a country of thieves. You steal babies.

Jim: Babies? You think we steal babies?

Juan: Sure. Like from Korea and Vietnam and China I see them all over the place. You let all these foreigners in, but try to keep the Mexicans out. How is this fair?

Jim: So, you really don't want to become an American citizen then.

Juan: I just want my rights! Everyone has a right to live, work, and speak their native language wherever and whenever they please. That's another thing we demand. All signs and official documents should be in Spanish. Teachers must teach in Spanish. Soon, more people here in Houston will speak Spanish than English. It is our right!

Jim: If I were to cross over the border into Mexico without proper documentation, what rights would I have there?

Juan: None. You would probably go to jail, but that's different.

Jim: How is it different? You said everyone has the right to live wherever they please.

Juan: You Gringos are a bunch of land grabbing thieves. Now you want Mexico too? Mexico has its rights. You Gringos have no rights in Mexico. Why would you want to go there anyway? There is no free medical service, schools, or welfare there for foreigners such as you. You cannot even own land in my country. Stay in the country of your birth.

Jim: I can see that there is no way that we can agree on this issue. Thank you for your comments.

Juan: Viva Mexico!

Think I'm too biased using one person's comments, try these on for size:

"Go back to Boston! Go back to Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You are old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you. Leave like beaten rats. You old white people. It is your duty to die. Through love of having children, we are going to take over." -- Augustin Cebada, Brown Berets

"They're afraid we're going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They're right. We will take them over. We are here to stay." -- Richard Alatorre, Los Angeles City Councilman

"We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. The explosion is in our population . . . I love it. They are shitting in their pants with fear. I love it!" -- Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, University of Texas

"Remember 187--proposition to deny taxpayer funds for services to non-citizens--was the last gasp of white America in California." -- Art Torres, Chairman of the California Democratic Party

"We are politicizing every single one of these new citizens that are becoming citizens of this country . . . I gotta tell you that a lot of people are saying, 'I'm going to go out there and vote because I want to pay them back.'" -- Gloria Molina, Los Angeles County Supervisor

"California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave." -- Mario Obledo, California Coalition of Hispanic Organizations and California State Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Governor Jerry Brown, also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Bill Clinton

"We are practicing 'La Reconquista' in California." -- Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General

"We need to avoid a white backlash by using codes understood by Latinos." -- Professor Fernando Guerra, Loyola Marymount University

"The American Southwest seems to be slowly returning to the jurisdiction of Mexico without firing a single shot." -- Excelsior, the national newspaper of Mexico

3. Now, let's look at a question that keeps getting lost in the emotional whirlwind spun by the Liberals - national security.

• If our borders are unsecured and thereby allow ILLEGAL Hispanics to enter our country, do you really think the Islmo-fascists dedicated to our subjugation or destruction don't know where the door is?

• According to Dr. Paul Williams, former FBI consultant there are already 38-42 Islamic confines in this country. One, Islamburg in the Catskill Mountains of New York has had repeated complaints dealing with gun fire and explosions; reaction by law enforcement - none. If that were Earl and Billy Bob I suspect things would have been different.

• Islamic prayer blankets are routinely found on our southern border.

• FBI reports state there are 40,000 Al Qaida 40 miles north of Monterrey Mexico.

4. Our politicians recently got a slap in the face from their constituents. Telephone communications, faxes and phone calls slammed the elected politicians and the citizens made themselves heard. Unfortunately, this was just the first shot in a battle that will not be abandoned by the politicians. Honestly, it took me a while to "follow the dollars" and figure out what the goal had been.

The goal was and is the creation of the North American Free Trade Union!

This goal is still sought and will be maintained as a long term goal by those wishing its creation. Should they be successful in the months and years to come we will again be faced with the America we known being erased.
